Beyaz lahana kızartması - stir fried cabbage
Bu yan yemegi seneler once bir arkadasin yemek davetinde gormustum. Cocukken kapuska yemeginden nefret ettigim icin elimi bile surmek istemedim. Fakat neyseki tadina bakmisim. Cunku sonradan yapmasi cok kolay vede cok lezzetli bir tat olarak mutfak repertuarima eklendi.
Arzu ettiginiz miktarda lahanayi ince ince dograyin, bir tavada az miktarda zeytin yagini isitip, uzerine lahanayi ve bolca karabiberi (karabiberler ne kadar kalin olursa o kadar iyi) ekleyip orta ateste sogan kavurur gibi kavurun. Iste yemeginiz hazir.
I tasted this dish many years ago at a friend's dinner party. As I used to hate cabbage as a kid I was nearly not going to touch it. But I'm glad that I tasted it. Since then it become an addition to my repertoire of favourite easy recepies.
Chop cabbage thinly in a required amount, grind a generious amount of black pepper, heat a small amount of olive oil in a frying pan. Then, add the cabbage mixture to the pan and sweat over the medium heat, stirring frequently until soft.
